Reconditioned Alfa Laval separator FOPX 613 Machine Application:

The FOPX 613 high speed disc stack centrifuge is designed for purification or clarification of fuel oils, heavy fuel oils,
lubricating oils, and various mineral oils used on board marine installations and in industrial applications.

Separator Design:
The FOPX 613 is a self-cleaning centrifugal separator driven by a vertical spindle through a worm wheel and drive shaft system.
The complete drive arrangement is housed within the separator frame, with the worm wheel gear operating in an oil bath to ensure smooth
and reliable running. The self-cleaning bowl enables automatic discharge of separated sludge during continuous operation.

The bowl is fixed onto the vertical drive shaft situated in the top part of the frame. The frame hood is hinged
to enable easy access when cleaning, inspection, or carrying out maintenance.
